The menu at Pho Jasmine is a mixture of traditional Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese fare. The decor is very unassuming and I have to say that everytime I've been there the same Vietnamese mom is always working. It's hard to get her to crack a smile but when she does she's really nice. And I always see a bunch of freaks eating there and she doesn't bat an eyelash. Their pho is quite amazing and well worth it. It's just plain good food and easy. No waiting, no dressing up, just food. For a while they kept offering specials and they had this gluten and vegatable pancake thing and it was truly wonderful. I keep hoping and praying that one fine day they will start making it again!
It's right across the street from the PCC Cascade campus and, what do ya know, a block up the street from the Paragon Club! That little area is definitely bustling these days and really not so ghetto as it once was.
