La Bonita is right next door to La Sirenita. When I first moved here my friends took me to La Sirenita and I was blown away. $3 burritos were better than anything I'd had back east. Even though the place is kinda dirty and the people are kinda not so nice. One day curiosity struck me and I went to check out La Bonita. World of difference. Bonita is clean, super friendly and the food is better. So the one thing is that they're like $1 more expensive across the board than La Sirenita. I say what the hell. My belly is worth it. It's nice to not have to worry about yesterday's meat pile getting in my food.
There are a lot of good burrito places around town but La Bonita stands out as my favorite.
