One of the many wonderful things about Portland is that people really, really love to eat and especially to drink. Drinking and eating are pretty much the best ways to pass a long, dreary, rainy winter. And then of course when the sun starts shining again what's a better way to spend an early evening but out drinking and eating at a sidewalk bar? Yes, we're all a bunch of lushes. And because of that fact there are so many good places to go.

We just wanted to share some our favorites spots to eat and drink. Not necessarily "dark" just some special spots around town that we wouldn't want to live without. Note that bars are noted with a (b).
